Our
training service
The target groups of the training service are the employees of our customers. We convey our knowledge so that our customers can work with their GLAMAtronic systems at the highest level and therefore constantly improve their requirements.
Training is always required when e.g. our customers operator of the GLAMAtronic machines change or new employees have to be trained.
Another target group for our training service is existing operating and maintenance staff at GLAMAtronic equipment that should be trained theoretically and practically. We want our customers to be able to handle a broader range of tasks in the future (e.g. new task at customers development)
Scope of training
These optional training courses provide knowledge in practice and theory, and can be performed at GLAMAtronic or at the customer site. The main contents of the training sessions which can last up to 5-days are summarized below:
Theoretical basic information of CD-welding
Principles of safety when working with CD-welding
Training in theory and practice in the Quality Monitoring System GKS-Q
Theory and practice of the electrical engineering used and of the safety handling of all electrical components
Training in theory and practice of the installed electric, hydraulic and pneumatic components
Teaching of the measurement basics with exercises in the necessary measurement systems (e.g. measuring and adjusting the welding current by Miyachi measurement technology)
Introduction to the technical basics of the cooling systems
Keep precision and cycle intervalsat a high level
Our
maintenance service
Your satisfaction with our machines is important to us! We have developed a special maintenance schedule for our CD welding machines. Depending on the complexity of the machine and the technical condition, a maintenance service takes approx. 1-2 days.
Our experience shows that a regular maintenance of the welding equipment allows a much more accurate and longer use.
